Do you plan to apply for tuition assistance? *

By applying for and receiving tuition assistance, parents understand their obligation to volunteer at least 10 hours at Alpine Christian School during the school year. Volunteering may include attending PTF meetings each quarter, time in the classroom reading to students, helping with the Annual Fundraiser, working in the Library, etc. Depending on the amount of tuition assistance awarded, families may be required to volunteer more hours during the year.

Alpine Christian School's primary source of income is tuition. It is vital that all ACS families understand their financial commitments to the school and faithfully pay all tuition and other fees on time. CONSEQUENCES OF DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS: Tuition payments are due on the 15th of each month. A $25 late fee will be charged if payment is made after the 15th of the month. *

WITHDRAWAL: Parents who withdraw their child from ACS during the school year are expected to give a 30-day written notice, pay a $450.00 withdrawal fee, and must complete the withdrawal paperwork located in the school office. Tuition refunds will be determined on a prorated basis, which will depend on the exact day the student withdraws and the date that is on the withdrawal paperwork. *

REFUND POLICIES: Upon termination of enrollment, tuition will be pro-rated based on the number of school days attended. The pro-rated tuition, minus the 30-day notice given and the withdrawal fee, will be compared to the amount of tuition paid, leaving either a refund due to the school family or a payment due by the school family. *

UNIFORMS: All students are required to order school uniforms through the school. The school will not refund money for the school uniforms that are not used or do not fit. It is the responsibility of the parents to order the proper sized clothing for their children. *

5TH - 12TH GRADES: I/we understand that upon Alpine Christian School's acceptance of this student's application for re-enrollment, a financial contract regarding students attending 5th-12th grades must be agreed upon and signed by parents/guardians to complete enrollment process. *

PHOTOGRAPHS: As a parent or guardian of this student, I hereby consent to the use of photographs taken during the course of the school year. As it pertains to the use of these photos for publicity, promotional, and/or education purposes (including print publications, school web site, school Facebook/Instagram or other media sources), I give full consent for my child to be photographed and their photos used as described above. *

Note: All students will be photographed for the yearbook, and their photos will be included in the yearbook along with their names. If there is a legal reason your student should not/cannot have their photo and/or name listed in the yearbook, please contact the school office to let us know of the circumstances as well as providing the legal documentation stating the details of the limitations. This allowance of photographs being taken also waives all claims for compensation for use or for damages.

Alpine Christian School has the right to dismiss any student who does not respect the School's academic and behavioral standards or does not cooperate in the educational process. The School has full discretion to discipline students according to the guidelines of Alpine Christian School Code of Conduct.

FAMILY STANDARDS: Alpine Christian School is a religious institution providing a classical education in a distinct Christian environment. On those occasions in which the atmosphere or conduct within a particular home is counter to or in opposition to biblical standards the school teaches, the school reserves the right, within its sole discretion, to refuse admission of an applicant or to discontinue enrollment of a student. This includes, but is not limited to: living in, condoning, or supporting illegal activities, sexual immorality, homosexual acts or other sexual orientation, gender identity different from one's biological gender, promoting such practices, or otherwise the inability to support the moral principles of the school (Leviticus 20:13, Romans 1:27, Matthew 19:4-6). *
